I had been renting an apartment for a long time... I guess I was just thinking that buying a house was going to be too much of a pain in the "you know what" to actually go forward with buying something. Once I met Michelle and Shaun at Property Match, I found out that it wasn't a dificult process like I thought it was going to be.
I really liked the fact that they had everything automated. Before I knew it, I was moving in...

As a realtor that works with people in St. Louis that have damaged credit, I know how hard it is to find sellers that are flexible enough AND knowledgable enough to deal with my clients. It's tough to do, and not many companies out there can do this. Not to mention do it as well as Property Match.
When I'm working with a buyer in this situation, you can bet that my FIRST call is to Property Match. It usually makes my job just that much easier.
Property Match got my client into this house when they didn't have any money to put down. They paid all of my buyers closing costs, AND helped them out with their down payment. (Not to mention they paid my realtor commissions...) My clients are ecstatic about their new home!!!

I bought a house from Property Match, and the numbers worked out so well that I now rent it out. The way I figure it, why would you ever rent a place to live when they make it so easy to buy one? Now, I have other people renting the house from me and paying it off FOR me!!

I purchased my first house from Shaun at Property Match and it turned out great! I didn't have enough money for the down payment needed, so they worked with me and helped me get the home anyway. I don't know how they made it so easy, but I LOVE my house!

I've bought 4 houses from Property Match. They were very honest and up front with me to let me know that they were fixer uppers, but I didn't mind that because once I fixed them up, I sold them and made a good chunk of money on each of them! I love it... Keep the deals coming!! Thanks guys!
